The Ridges Internet service
The Association installed an additional Internet line for owner use. Per The Ridges CC&Rs, the Internet remains reliable ONLY in community recreation area and does not cover all areas of complex. The connection is suitable for light web surfing or for checking email. It is NOT suitable nor intended for video streaming such as Netflix, Hulu, etc. Several owners have installed their own internet service to provide full coverage/speed in their units..
Please keep pets on a leash and pickup pet waste!
Like many communities, The Ridges has experienced issues resulting from pets being off leash. The community continues to have issues with people not picking up pet waste. Per Board Policy Letter #13, pets must be kept on a leash in all common areas, which includes the entry drive, driveways, stairways and alcoves. Pet waste must be picked up and put in the pet waste cans in each common area. The HOA does not pay for waste cleanup–pet owners must ensure the common area is kept clean.
